Busselton Jetty

Located nearly two kilometres out to sea along the southern hemisphere’s longest timber jetty, the Busselton Jetty Underwater Observatory is eight metres below sea level and allows you to view an amazing marine world of schooling fish and tropical coral… without getting your feet wet!

With 400,000 visitors to the Busselton Jetty each year, why not spend a few hours to soak up the unique atmosphere and be touched by nature?.

The Busselton Jetty, with more than 300 individual marine species, is host to an awe inspiring “forest” of vividly-coloured tropical and sub-tropical corals, sponges, fish and invertebrates. It is described as Australias greatest artificial reef.

Naturaliste Reptile Park

Check out some of Western Australia’s wonderful Reptiles, from the friendly to the not so friendly!!

Naturaliste Reptile Park is an educational and interactive experience, where you can learn about WA’s venomous snakes, play with the pythons, gaze at the goannas, leap with the lizards and learn about them all.

Reptiles are an integral part of Australia and the world, love them or loathe them our planet would not be the same without them.

Eagles Heritage

This unique wildlife centre features Australia’s largest collection of birds of prey (raptors)-eagles, hawks, falcons & owl in a natural bushland setting. The specialises in education, rehabilitation and have an endangered species breeding program.

You can see these magnificent birds at close quarters – put on a glove and have a bird of prey sit on your arm at the twice daily Flying Displays… 11:00 am and 1:30 pm (weather permitting).

Shearing Shed

Another awesome ‘Aussie’ experience.  Check out the shearing displays, cutest of little lambs (in lambing season) and the great original woll products for sale including the all ‘Aussie’ ugg boot!

There are LIVE shows displaying first hand, the amazing experience of shearing, educational activities for the whole family and the famous sheepdogs in action mustering and working the sheep. The admission to the live show is great value (410 for adults and $5 for children) for a 45 minute show full of entertainment and laughs.  Phone 9755 2309 prior to check show times as times vary according to the season.

Yallingup Maze

The Yallingup maze is the South West’s newest and most aMAZEing new attraction. Situated on a picturesque rural property, Yallingup Maze features The Maze, The Café & Puzzle Shop and a children’s playground. The Café overlooks a stunning parkland vista perfect for picnics, relaxing, flying a kite or kicking a footy around.

Both challenging and fun it’s a popular option for families is to lose their children (or perhaps the kids would like to lose their parents!).
