Testimonials

My family and I just returned from staying at The Roozen residence and we all agree that this house is incredible. Whilst presented beautifully on the website the house exceeded all expectations and certainly deserves praise. The lounge room was amazing with spectacular views of the beach and a lovely cosy feel. All bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern.

The underfloor heating was certainly appreciated on the lovely crisp mornings. The kitchen was well appointed and extras such as internet access and travel tips were appreciated. We were reluctant to leave and would certainly return to the Roozen residence. Thanks.

We all had a great time at the house. Stunning location - 2 mins to the beach and within easy reach of Margaret River town and surrounding wineries, great views and modern comfortable accommodation.

Nice personal touches around the place including statement art pieces from Ron himself. Everything seamlessly organised and a hassle-free experience.

Enchanted views of sunsets over the southern ocean. Sipping our favourite newly discovered wines on the deck, watching surfers ride the waves till dark. Walking down the small hill to the local cafe for the morning coffee, then to the point for a dip in the ocean. Though the house would be great for a family, we choose it as a very relaxing long weekend away from the kids.

We loved Margaret River and this great beach house puts you right in the middle of the wine region and beaches while giving you a quiet retreat at the same time. Definitely consider doing some of the Cape to Cape walking tracks, it's simply stunning along the coast and we unexpectedly saw whales breaching. The beach house was perfect for 2 couples giving us privacy in the two seperate wings, but it would also work for a family as well. After exploring the wineries, afternoons were spent on the deck (weather permitting) sampling the yummy wines purchased that day whilst enjoying the incredible views and watching some amazing tow in surfing at the bombie, one of the west coasts big surf breaks. Yes, we will return!
