Enchanted views of sunsets over the southern ocean. Sipping our favourite newly discovered wines on the deck, watching surfers ride the waves till dark. Walking down the small hill to the local cafe for the morning coffee, then to the point for a dip in the ocean. Though the house would be great for a family, we choose it as a very relaxing long weekend away from the kids.

We fully appreciate the archetecture and artworks. This is what is should be like living in liveable art.
Everything is well thought out and perfect!
Thank you!Koon Beng, Singapore, April 2011
We "oohed" and "ahhed" over the website when we knew we were coming here for Diana's girls weekend but it's not until you enter this house that you feel the space! It's sumptuous, relaxing and invigorating all rolled into one. Thank you.Melissa Sofield, Perth, May 2011
Fab house! Hot floors ..... Thanks for a glorious stay in Margaret River.Ken & Wendy, Kirsten & Rich, Sam & Own, July 2011
My family and I just returned from staying at The Roozen residence and we all agree that this house is incredible. Whilst presented beautifully on the website the house exceeded all expectations and certainly deserves praise. The lounge room was amazing with spectacular views of the beach and a lovely cosy feel. All bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern.
The underfloor heating was certainly appreciated on the lovely crisp mornings. The kitchen was well appointed and extras such as internet access and travel tips were appreciated. We were reluctant to leave and would certainly return to the Roozen residence. Thanks.

We had a great time in Margaret River and we found the Roozen Residence an absolute delight. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed the wonderful sunsets from the balcony while preparing our meals/drinking wine.
We also enjoyed your wonderful collection of music and movies. Thank you for providing a great holiday house and we hope to stay there again in the future.
Best regards

Memorable 3 nights. Fresh marin on bbq. A little of the local wine. Great friends. iPod on great stereo (take cable). SUNSETs. Magic. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven.

We had a fabulous time at the house. The six of us thought the house was lovely. We barbecued, and spent the days at the wineries and the evenings enjoying the views from the house. Truly a spectacular location!
On top of all that, watching the surfers at the point was spectacular!
Thank you for everything.

Thank you for placing your balcony in such a perfect position to watch the sun go down in the west! Jane & John Lester, Melbourne, March 2011
I guess you must hear this alot but about your property but we absolutly loved staying there. I always have a had time trying to get my husband to relax as he works so hard all year and it was almost instantanious as soon as he walked through the door the stresses were left at home. The view, well photo's are one thing, but to see it with your own eyes is nothing short off amazing. I can only imagine what it would be like in summer we were there the first weekend of spring and if you ask me I would not change a thing from the beautiful lillys, vibrant flowers down the driveway and the way you can see the rain coming in from the ocean slowly making its way to land it's not something I haven't seen before. Instead of watching t.v we would spend spend time together watching the waves through the telescope. I must add stepping onto a heated floor first thing in the morning was somewhat strange but deeply pleasurable and I have insinsted the next house we build it has to have it too! Without compromise as my husband is a builder and I am doing interior design this house was ideal and we took the time to read the articals and understand all aspect. To add to our relaxation we chose to have a massages with Body Bliss and it really lives up to its name nothing to fault just pure relaxation. So sorry there may be a few fingerprints on the windows and doors as we have a very active 4 year old.
We really enjoyed the whole expriance but will give some feedback to improve the next persons stay. Not sure if there is anything you can do about it but I found it reasonably hard to drink the tap water so just a briter water jug left in the fridge would be fine. Otherwise would love to come back and we have just shown the family the pictures and i think they will be down too if you will have us. Thanks So Much.Helen Diedricks, Perth, September 2011
It's impossible not to get a thrill each time you walk into the main room! We loved the way this house echoed the beauty around it and showed off a different palette depending on the weather and time of day. We saw two humpback whales and watched the waves peeling off - FROM BED!
Thank you for the great magazines and books - something for both of us. Very hard to leave but we'll take back some special memories.Richard & Libby, Melbourne, July 2011
We all had a great time at the house. Stunning location - 2 mins to the beach and within easy reach of Margaret River town and surrounding wineries, great views and modern comfortable accommodation.
Nice personal touches around the place including statement art pieces from Ron himself. Everything seamlessly organised and a hassle-free experience.John Mason, Hong Kong, April 2010

It has been the most perfect 5 days with very special family, and we will talk about your lovely home in the years to come. Thanks!Dave & Kate Newton, UK, March 2011
Thanks for the beautiful artwork on display, Ron's and the stunning Minnie Pwerle.
See you again soon.
PS Thanks for suggesting the Arc of Iris (in Margs). The roasted half duck was amazing!! We all had beautiful meals.Tania-Aliis Lapidge, May 2011
We loved Margaret River and this great beach house puts you right in the middle of the wine region and beaches while giving you a quiet retreat at the same time. Definitely consider doing some of the Cape to Cape walking tracks, it's simply stunning along the coast and we unexpectedly saw whales breaching. The beach house was perfect for 2 couples giving us privacy in the two seperate wings, but it would also work for a family as well. After exploring the wineries, afternoons were spent on the deck (weather permitting) sampling the yummy wines purchased that day whilst enjoying the incredible views and watching some amazing tow in surfing at the bombie, one of the west coasts big surf breaks. Yes, we will return! The Dewicks, Noosa, Queensland, February 2010
