“Roozen is a very special property and we loved our one week stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, we loved the polished concrete floors, the deck and the furnishings and artwork. 10 mins to Margaret River town, walk to the beach in 5 mins.

Thoughtful touches such as ample coffee pods and welcome wine were much appreciated.

A Joy to Stay

This three bedroom house was a joy to stay in. The views were amazing, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped.

The location was excellent to enjoy many Margaret River area activities for both adults and kids (we went to many wineries, kids had surfing lessons around the corner, close to grocery stores in town, and much more).

Hoping we can get back there soon and would stay in the same house if available!

Paradise on Earth

"Staying at the Roozen Residence was the highlight of our 10 days trip in this beautiful region, offering an unbeatable combination of stylish living and amazing location.

We felt at home from the minute we stepped into this stunning house and wished we could have stayed for longer.

The house is really beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail, offering a rare combination of true style and ultimate comfort. The huge terrace offers stunning 180 views over the ocean from breakfast to dinner and quickly became our favourite "room".

Its location, in a beautiful part of the coast and only a few meters from the ocean, is really second to none. We loved our morning stroll along the beach to the White Elephant for breakfast and our son enjoyed hours of fun in the waves.

The house offers a great feeling of privacy and isolation where we have been able to completely relax and unwind while being really close to all the main attractions of Margaret River.

It has been a pleasure communicating with Karen, the owner, who gave us lots of insightful local information. A wonderful experience we would highly recommend!"

“We had a week here as a family with 3 kids before Christmas. The house is in excellent condition and extremely live-able with all the small bits and pieces provided. I think the photos underplay the garden which is a nice area for the kids to run around and very well maintained.

Of course the view is stunning. We didn’t go out in the evening – why would you when you could BBQ and look directly at the amazing sunset.Karen was very helpful throughout and we actually did 3 of the tours recommended on the website, which was excellent. Would certainly recommend.”

Magnificent Beach House

“We stayed 5 nights at the Roozen Residence. Total 5 star luxury and indulgent ocean views. Watched whales breaching from the living room and enjoyed incredible wines from local wineries.

Karen was fantastic in helping us arrange a private wine tasting tour and discovery tour of the region. Can't wait to return again and enjoy the hospitality and beauty of Margaret River.

Truly a spectacular location

“We had a fabulous time at the house. The six of us thought the place was lovely. We barbecued, and spent the days at the wineries and the evenings enjoying the views from the house.

Truly a spectacular location! On top of all that, watching the surfers at the point was spectacular!

The Roozen Residence has been more than spectacular to spend our accommodation in Margaret River.

The house is absolutely amazing. From listening to the waves rolling in from the bed in the morning to the amazing views from every room!

The weather gave us 4 seasons in one stay and it was fabulous watching it unfold as we stayed rugged up inside.

This might be our favourite Airbnb yet! We just loved our stay in Prevelly… the house is stunning and the location is amazing, with fabulous beaches on your doorstep, and a lovely café and convenience store next door.
Highlights of our stay… morning runs along the coast path, watching the kite surfers at Surfers Point, our boys playing football in the garden, and having sundowners on the gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean. Heaven!

Ron and Karen were such a pleasure to deal with too. We had a problem with the key on arrival and they were straight round to get it sorted for us. Thanks for everything! Hope we get to come back some day.
