No. 1 destination in Asia-Pacific, Margaret River

Walking along the coastal track on a stunning winter morning I acknowledge that it's a pretty special place to live.

Understandably, Margaret River and the southwest were ranked the number one destination in the Asia-Pacific to visit in 2019 by an independent team at Lonely Planet.

Breathtaking beaches, long-stretching coastline, award-winning wineries, breweries and restaurants, tall-tree forests,  abundant farmland and organic produce beckon.

Lonely Planet also attributed food festivals, such as the Margaret River Gourmet Escape; world-class surf; whale-watching; and coastal walks as some of the many reasons the region gained the top stop.

In addition, Australian Traveller magazine coined The Roozen Residence as one of the world's best beach houses, located smack bang in the middle of the Margaret River wine region, why wouldn't you want to visit?
