MY HUMBLE OPINION
The texture of the par seared scollops danced with the citrus dressing, fresh, exquisite!
Mains, Patagonia toothfish, wrapped in seaweed is like no other white fish I have tasted, crumbly, sweet yet complex. Served with a marinated spring onion and hearty bearnaise sauce, two words = taste sensation!
