WA Premier “no vac, no visit”

He’s tough! WA Premier, Mark McGowan, has announced even tougher border control restrictions for our east coast cousins deemed ‘high risk’ as the current Covid-19 crisis unravels in New South Wales.

Not only will Sydneysiders (or anyone who has travelled through NSW in the past 14 days) be required to quarantine on arrival for two weeks, they will be subject to the first ‘no jab, no visit’ policy.

G2G Pass approved travellers from NSW will be required to provide :

Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test in the 72 hours prior to departure;
Proof of receipt of at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, where eligible;
Plus undertake mandatory COVID-19 tests on day two and day 12.

Planning a holiday was never supposed to be this hard!

If you’re anything like Mr and Mrs Roozen Residence, aka luxury Margaret River self-contained beach house, we can’t wait to wander our yonder, check out the booking conditions and call it early if things change.
