We are very aware of our guests' concerns for making holiday plans in the short term.  This is why we have adjusted our terms and conditions for stays over the next 10 months as WA moves into its new transition phase throughout 2022.

The Roozen Residence supports all Government Mandates in reference to COVID19, and respectfully requests all guests staying at the property to be double vaccinated.

 

UPDATED COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Valid 7 March - 14 December 2022

If you can't travel due to COVID-19*or we have to temporarily close the premises, we will happily provide you with a credit to be used within 6 months (subject to availability).

*If the guest contracts COVID-19 prior to arrival or is instructed to self-isolate by the applicable Government body, the guest must notify the Roozen Residence in writing prior to check in along with supporting documentation.   The Roozen Residence reserves the right to request supporting evidence of any contraction of COVID-19 or instruction to self-isolate.  

If you require to extend your stay as a result of a Covid positive test result, subject to availability, all accommodation costs and charges (including deep cleaning after checkout) are required to be paid in full, once your request is confirmed. 

Not applicable Christmas and New Year's Eve bookings.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE

Cleanliness has always been top of mind, yet in the face of COVID-19 we are taking additional measures to help reduce the chance of any infection.

These measures include thorough clean followed by sanitising, upgraded use of disinfectant with a focus on frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, all kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances, tapware, property keys and lockbox.

Non-contact self check in with keys stored in a lock box at the property.
